Planet Fitness is offering a free, live-streamed fitness class on their Facebook page each day at 7 p.m. EST.

CorePower Yoga lets you sample their on-demand classes for free.

Orange Theory is sharing free 30-minute workouts daily.

Peloton is extending their 30 day free trial to 90 days. You’ll access to the full library of classes from the comfort of home. Take a mix of yoga, meditation, strength, cycling, running and more.

The YMCA has 60 free online classes, such as boot camp, barre, yoga, weightlifting, boxing, Tai Chi, and more.

Meditation and Mindfulness

The UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center offers a number of guided meditations and breathing exercises.  You can also download the “UCLA Mindful” app and access the meditations there.

Headspace is also offering some free resources and meditations to users during the pandemic.

Oprah + Deepak Chopra are offering 21 Days of Meditation for finding hope in uncertain.
