Calder Ehrmann (1940 - 2015) joined the Riley Institute in 2005 as a Senior Associate in the Riley Diversity Leaders Initiative. After 30 years with Michelin North America, Inc., he retired as the Vice President of Diversity, during which time he was responsible for launching Michelin's Corporate Diversity function.
