Amy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Professional Studies from Clemson University in 2005. She completed her Master of Science in Rehabilitation Science, Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2007. She was awarded the "Richard Borden Clinical Excellence Award" in 2007, by MUSC. Amy's experience and background are in the evaluation and design of treatment programs for patients with surgical and non-surgical orthopedic conditions of all ages. Her approach to patient care integrates manual skills to augment the treatment session, which focuses on pain management and return to function. Areas of clinical interests are the treatment of spinal dysfunction, upper extremity injuries, and sports rehabilitation. Amy serves as a clinical instructor for our internal and affiliation education programs.
