“Share a Smile” MAEd Students Receive Notes of Encouragement from Fourth-Graders

Students in Dr. Katie Kelly’s EDU 331 class, including Carson McMonagle and Sarah Brower ‘22, received these sweet notes of encouragement from fourth-graders at Roebuck Elementary School. They’ve been reading and discussing books with these fourth-graders in Furman alumna Alyssa Cameron’s class as part of EDU 331. Each day, students in Ms. Cameron’s class start the day with a positive activity such as “share a smile,” where they write encouraging notes to others. What a great idea!
