During the workshop section, we will dig deeper with Cynthia on how to use HBDI® as a leadership tool with your teams.

Along with your personal HBDI® Thinking Styles profile, you’ll receive a suite of customized desktop and mobile apps with strategies for coping with pressure, communication, problem-solving, and decision making – a leader’s Swiss Army Knife.

Learn from a Master HBDI® facilitator how to leverage The Whole Brain® Model at three levels. This includes:

1. Understanding your thinking preferences and how to apply that knowledge to improve your problem-solving, decision-making, communication, productivity, and well-being.

2. Teams build a common language to frame their approach to cognitive diversity, which improves communication, team effectiveness, engagement, trust, and psychological safety.

3. Organizations leverage thinking preferences via a common language and tools to increase organizational effectiveness, develop and retain top talent, increase revenue, and spur collaboration and innovation.
