Club Sports
Furman has over twenty club teams, ranging in everything from aikido to rugby. Open to all students, these sports typically involve regular practice and a time commitment, not to mention intercollegiate competition. When you play for one of our club teams, you might travel across the state or the world for a game or tournament.
Intramurals
Every semester, students from organizations, residence halls, academic departments, and other student groups compete in intramural sports. Our intramural leagues are informal, but structured and competitive. If you know a few students who share your passion for a particular sport, join one of our leagues and earn campus bragging rights.
